I Recently found some nuggets of info on my Chandler side that may match your Thomas Chandler.
i have a Thomas Chandler (Chaundelor) born in Bishops, Stortford(?), Herfordshire around 1468. The info I have has his wife's name as Agnes (I'm not sure if this is correct because I have his son, Thomas being married to an Agnes as well. I have Thomas's death as Jan 31, 1551. His wife, Agnes is listed as being born around 1472 and dying around 1514.
I found the info via a geocities site that is soon to be gone. here is the address of the site. hope you find the info.
