Thanks for your responses. I had several. And it seems that Joel Chandler born c1727, son of Joseph d. 1764 in Lunenburg Co, VA, did move from Lunenburg to Greenville Co, SC. And he fought in Rev. War despite being 49/50 years old. I am just tracing and verifying the siblings of my William died 1795 in Stokes Co, NC.
