Remember Halifax broke down from Lunenburg. Mecklenburg did too!
William Chandler d. 1779 2nd wife Judith
I beleive he is one born 1693 New Kent Co.Va. Son of Robert II & Eliz. Palmer. See New Kent Record William is listed with wife Eliz. having some children!! William's bro John his wife Mary.also in New Kent record at St Peter's Parish had son Joseph one who married Ann Atkinson (Douglas Register also list next to this Joseph is Richard Chandler & Eliz Carter (I believe this my line John died 1747 Goochland) Why because From St Peter's Parish to 1820's my Chandler's have something to do with these Weaver!!! Marriage? John d.1747 Goochland in 1744 King William Parish Goochland and John was godfather to Samuel Weaver & his 2nd wife Frances L'Orange's son Daniel. In 1782 Fluvanna tax list Richard Chandler d.1782 Fluvanna was living next to Benjamin Weaver b 1733 also son to this Samuel Weaver. Benjamin Weaver married Mary Woodrum. Samuel & Frances Will in Cumberland Co.Va. My Richard was friends with Men b 1720's ,Richard may have been born abt this time period. As Eliz Carter was younger then him. She died 1828 Fluvanna. Richard's dau Thamer said she was born 1763 (1st wife's child). This Weaver thing is still going on in 1828 Fluvanna with Richrad's son John & Littleberry Weaver son to Benjamin Weaver & Mary Woodrum. Later Mary woodrum's Bros son or grandson move to same place in W.V.

Another Chandler from Halifax
Rev John Chandler b25 Nov 1755 halifax Co.va.Married 10 jan 1775 Halifax Catherine Eliz. Tunstall b 1755 John died 9 Dec 1843 Green Co Ky Buried now Taylor Co.Ky. He had Will ,Kids Horatio, Dorcas, Sally. Catherine,Fanny, Lucinda and Eliz.
Also a Tunstall Chandler b 1777 Halifax d. haywood Co.N.C.
Tunstall's lived in Halifax
And note post 6403 William Chandler in Halifax who died 1778 greatgranddau in Randolph Co.N.C.
And one more thing! Adam Winders &( Widow of John Peter Bilbo) Eliz are here in halifax Their dau Reform Winders married 14 Aug 1786 Henry Boyd Halifax Marriage 1753-1800 Just how young was this Eliz??? maybe Reform was from his 1st wife?? Most of these people married 2 &3 times. I will post more on Halifax in the morning. Linda
