Richard Holdman/Holeman Chandler was son of John Chandler & Frances Seay (John & Framces married 1811 in Fluvanna Co.va.) John & Frances lived in Lincoln Co. next to Boone Co. It is beleived This John is bro to Richard Carter Chandler. Richard Chandler & Eliz did have son John (from Will)John & Frances came to W.V. abt 1830. I have records from Fluvanna Co. with this John in them in 1820's. Linda
