There was a Patsy Chandler married to John W. Nichols who was a daughter of Henry Chandler, Sr. of Wilson Co. TN. Other names mentioned in this record were: William Chandler, John Chandler, Henry Chandler, Junr., Robert Chandler, Patrick Anderson, Fanny Anderson, his wife, daughter of Henry Chandler, Senr., Elizabeth Chandler and Achilles Chandler, all of Wilson Co. TN. They were appointing Matthew Sims of Halifax Co. VA as their attorney and to act for them. This was dated 11 Oct. 1817, and recorded 6 July 1818. Ref: Charlotte County Deed Book 14, page 164
John Nichols and Patsy Chandler were married 23 Dept 1799 with surety: Thomas Clarke, Consent signed by Henry Chandler

Now my question is who was this Henry Chandler? The only Chandlers I have in Wilson Co. TN are Robert Chandler/Parthenia Bailey's descendants. I do not have a brother named Henry for Robert.
Robert Chandler is supposely a son of Joel Chandler &Priscilla Mims Temple.
