I have e-mailed many Chandlers, but I don't think that we have e-mailed previously. As you descend from Edmund Chandler, you may be interested in our group, the Edmund Chandler Family Association. Please visit our website: www.edmundchandler.com.
By the way, Marietta College has a Chandler connection. An Edmund descendant either contributed land or other efforts in the founding of the college.
To correct a couple of errors: We do not know who Edmund's parents were. It has been proven that they were not John Chandler and Jane Gitton. We also do not know the names of Edmund's wives.
We have broken through many brick walls, but these two remain and we are working on them.
