Second Message - I forgot to check rootsweb. There I found:
"Leila" Thacker md. Marion Lafayette Chandler on 03 Nov 1904. Marion born 05 Dec 1880. To this marriage three Chandler children listed: James T. born 1906, Robert Lester born 04 Jul 1907??, and William Jesse born 18 Dec 1907??.
Others at rootsweb have posted that Leila Thacker was, indeed, the daughter of Richard and Martha nee Moore Thacker.
Go to rootsweb.com and type in "Leila Thacker" and see what you come up with. Cheryl Kemp
