Looking for descendants of this Isreal Chandler to pick your brains!

How is he connected to Joel Chandler who died on Nov. 15, 1799 in Greenville SC. Was he a brother or nephew?

Pretty sure he wasn't a son, as he wasn't named in will, probate, etc. Joel only names 3 sons in his will, John, Shaderack, and Timothy. Mentions daughters but doesn't name them. Mentions wife but doesn't name her, but she was an administrator along with son John, so later in will see her name is "Agnes."

Not saying Joel didn't have other sons, but usually in a will they mentioned the other children if only to make a remark such as "my other sons having already receive their share of my estate" or something similar.

Isreal Chandler was of age in 1803, (how aged he was I don't know) as was a buyer in an estate sale in Newberry SC. In 1820 there was an Isreal Chandler in Newberry who was over 45 yrs of age. There were also 3 males who may have been sons, and 3 females, presumably 2 dtrs and a wife.
