I am not sure what CODIS is, but you did notice that you have a 2 out of 37 match between yourself and Michael P. Daniel?..TP5YN

That is a definate bloodline/family match. The DNA genes tend to mutate after a number of generations.

In our group of Chancey/Chancy/Chauncey/Chance, we only have one 37/37 marker match..and that is between myself and my 3rd cousin. (and one 25/25 match). A couple are like 34/37..a 3 marker mismatch..but we know for sure (paper genealogy) that we are of the same genetic bloodline. If you are holding out for a 100% 37/37 match...please don't hold your breath! Or, get a brother...1st or 2nd cousin to get that 100% match.
