Thankx for this info, Robert, all I know is she was in Alabama before she married my Uncle R.T. Haney. They moved to Gainesville, Alachua Co., Fl. & both died there. I know that Inez died in 2001. Their first child was born in 1948. I found a marriage record 1800-1969 in Coffee Co. Alabama, Inez Ellis married 9/30/1947, maybe this is her.Coffee Co., Al. is where R.T. was living.
One record shows an Inez Ellis m 1937, Glades, Fl. SS/Inez b 9/10/1919 d 5/8/2001.
There is a Pauline Ellis & a Paul K, Ellis on that same marriage post, maybe my source had the names wrong. Pauline maybe the half-sister.
I'll keep digging. I only have the Library Edition of Ancestry, maybe it shows more in the paid subscription.
