No, I am perhaps a distant cousin to these that came into Georgia after 1800. My family was over on the east side of Georgia. My ggreat gfather Samuel was in several of the SE counties, and my gfather Samuel settled in Charlton County near where Folkston GA. is today after the C/W, actually, he may have lived there prior to going into the CSA, as he was mustered in there.

I live near Columbus County NC, so its easy for me to do a little research on this clan.
