Mary Chancey married Walter Jackson l2 May, l762 in Orange Co. NC. They were members of the Quaker MM, Cane Creek Orange Co. NC Abt l770 they were briefly in SC, then in Richmond Co. & Franklin Co. GA.They joined Baptist Church and were discharged from Quaker Church. They were the parents of at least 6 children.Absolom,Sarah,Robert,James, William & Jeremiah. Quaker church records are a wealth of info on these people, Will share info, Very interested in identifying Mary's parents.
