Tuesday: TILMAN. C. CHANCE charged with perjury, plea not guilty, case transferred to Wagoner and set for Nov. 22
December 28, 1898: Among the prisoners transported to prison to Jefferson City, Missouri was TILMAN C. CHANCE for four years
