April 20, 1883
FRANK FULTON and ten or twelve other families besides several persons without families will leave Black Creek in Wise County next Tuesday fro the far off hills of Washington state. They will rendezvous near JOE CHANCE’S place on Monday evening so as to start altogether on the following day. It will be a caravan of 20 wagons or more.
