I have birth years for everyone else and DOD for Arthur Willie.
Now... For a long time I thought Robert F was Robert Edward, but more digging appears to have proven me wrong.
Robert F Chance was the son of John M. Chance b. 1834 in Florida
and Mary ?? born ~1841 in Georgia
Callie died August 29, 1983 in Metter, Candler County, GA
Buried Rosemary Church, Candler County August 31, 1983
Married Henry Lonnie Cartee December 24, 1915
Had three kids
Robert Farrer b. Dec 20, 1932
Llewellyn b. April 18, 1919
James Willard b. December 16, 1916
