Dear Rita,
I have the following information on Thomas H. Chance and Julina Parks:
Thomas H. Chance was born 13 Feb 1821 in Baltimore, Maryland. He married Julina Parks Abt. 1854 in Baltimore, Maryland, daughter of Abraham Parks and Martha Thomas. She was born in 1827 9j Virginia. Death dates and places of both Thomas and Julina are unknown at present time.
Children of Thomas H. Chance and Julina Parks are:
1. Martha Jane Chance, b., Abt 1857 in Iowa. Date and place of death unknown.
2. Abraham J. Chance, b., Abt 1863 in Iowa
3. Thomas H. Chance, b., Abt 1865 in Iowa
Martha Jane Chance married (1) (Unknown) Kenney and their children were:
1. Olley Kenney, b., Abt 1874 in Missouri
2. Jennett Esther Kenney, b., Abt 1877 in Missouri
3. Benjamin Franklin Kenney, b., 21 Jan 1880 in Osborne Do., Kansas.
Martha Jane Chance married (2) Isaac McNamer about 1882-1885. Isaac must have at least adopted Benjamin, as he went by the name Benjamin Franklin McNamer for the rest of his life, and he was my paternal grandfather. He died 5 April 1955 in Gooding, Gooding, Idaho.
Martha Jane Chance married (3) (Unknown) Vance and had at least two sons by him. Their names are not known at this time.
