Dear Glenda,
I am pleased to hear that we are on the right trail as I know how important it is to find our past families. I don't have possession of the Champion reunions books at this time. I have wanted to do our family history for quite a few years now, and when I was secretary, I took notes on the names of the families that came to our past family reunions. I thought it may help me in my research. I do have a family member who has possession of one of the reunion books. She promised to let me have the book when she is done with it. If it is the book with the 1940 entries I'll gladly copy them for you. Also I believe Cheryl may be of some help in your search. Check out her genforum message:
