I am starting research on my grandmother's heritage and literally cannot get past her father. I specifically am interested in finding out where "Champion" is originally from...England, Ireland etc etc.

My grandmother's name is Beulemma Champion.
She had several sisters: Oso, Agnes, Mary Elizabeth, and one brother Robert (I believe).

My great grandfather is Robert Erastus Champion. I am looking for any information regarding this branch of the family.
