Nicholas died and Hepsy moved back to Calhoun Cnty and never remarried, though she did have more children. Hepsy sued and won a paternity suit against Peter Black of White Plains, Calhoun County, Alabama. Ten annual payments of $50 were awarded her in 1864. He was deceased at this date. Final payment was made Jan 2, 1874. I don't know who the father of her last child was. Notify Administrator about this message?
