According to THE CHAMPION FAMILY by Ruth Crawley Champion (Gateway, 1984), Thomas Champion was from Ashford, Kent, England. HIs wife was Frances JACOCKS (aka Jacobs) d/o Francis Jacocks of Stamford, Conn. Their children were
1. Martha m. Thomas Ellison
2. Sarah m. Richard Totten
3. John m. Sarah Williams (my ancestors)
4. Hannah m. John Jonson
