Sophia/Safirra Champion m. Alex. Vincent

I am searching for the family of Sophia/Safirra/Sefirra Champion who married Alexander Vincent. I believe her father was John Champion of Granville Co., NC who died sometime not too long after Dec. 1778. In digging through will abstracts, it appears that John had the following children: Elizabeth Priddy, Sarah Heffernon, William, John, Joseph, Richard, Susannah Allin (with a son Champion Allin), Charles, and Sophia/Safirra/Sefirra. I have seen her name referenced all three ways.

Sophia married Alexander Vincent and had two sons: William M. and Henry. Henry was born in 1781 in SC, but marred in 1805 in Granville Co., NC to Elizabeth Adcock.

Any clues on this line would be appreciated.
