i see a few names I recognize from my earlier work on the Champion families starting about 35 years ago. I published the lineage data I had gathered in 1976 for the Centennial and for my living Champion relatives who were aged. They have since passed on, and I continued to gather data, and have excessive data not included in the Book, Champion Trails in America, 1607-1796. I have data taken from actual records, etc. back before computers and the work had to be done, page by page and line by line. This extensive data, including information on various surnames closely associated with the Champion families, has never been published. Due to health problems, I am seeking someone to 'entrust' this research data with, who will make it freely available to other researchers. I have a copyrighted book compilation of the item listed above, that DOES NOT go with the research data, wills, deeds, land grants, etc. that I have collected.
If you strongly feel you would like to have this data and can make it available to other researchers, please send me an Email telling how you would handle the data, what you would do with it, etc. My guess is it will fill about four (4) or five (5) storage file boxes. I will have to be reimbursed for packing and shipping by UPS. regards, bonnie smith
