Dale Morgan of 2229 Dale, By any chance do you have any info on the descendants of John Champion? My line goes to a John Champion of NC (county or town unknown at this time) born 1789, and married to Nancy, born around 1789 as well. The son I am downline from is Winship Green Champion, born 1810 in NC, and married to Lettie Ann Melton, also born 1810, probably in NC. I have been chasing this John for years. If he is the one I think he is, of Granville County, I can trace the line all the way back to England (for a couple generations past the immigrant). Are we related?
