Hi I am descended from the Champion also that came in to Long Island, Thomas to nathan, to etc. Anyway family, lives in England and just moved into a new country home...Imagine their shock as a Champion when they went out the back door to find this tombstone for Thoams Champion and his nephew Thomas Guttridge Champion. They have contacted the local church and historian and should have information in detail on these folks..dates etc. I believe it is in the hatfield area( or maybe that is the name of the house) sketchy details as they just found it this month. I am awaiting e mail from him on what details he finds Send me your e mail address and I will keep it on file and let you know as soon as I hear.
