I have borrowed from the library a book about Waltham Abbey in Essex written by my Gt Gt Grandfather, John Maynard. On Page 100 he states," the last person interred in Waltham Abbey churchyard was Mr. John Chamness, the brother-in-law of the writer" (ie John Maynard) I think that births registered in the Parish of Waltham Abbey would be registered at Epping, so you may find it profitable to look for your Sarah in this area of Essex.
