My Chamblee line comes from John Chamblee b. 8/18/1814 SC d 8/24/1883 TX m. Mariah Felton b. 12/5/1815 d. 8/4/1866 TX. Their children were Permelia Ann, Carolina, Frances, Susan, Bell, Ellen, Nora, Lou, Richard "Dick", and Julie. Permelia Ann m. William Solomon Brannon and their son James Lee Brannon m. Josie Elizabeth Stewart. Their daughter Lorena Brannon m. George Andrew DeRamus. The Stewart and Brannon families were in LA and TX in the late 1800's-early 1900's. Any help would be greatly appreciated and of course, I will be glad to share what I have.
