Theresa Mackarinia (Rina, dau of Lewis Chamblee and Mary/Polly Burress could have a sister named Fannie. I don't have Fannie listed as a child of Lewis, which means nothing. This is not my line and I have not done "real" genealogy, simply pulled a few census records, read a few deed books, a few estate records.
Perhaps you should do some real investigating of the life of Fannie Chamblee Brooks and see what you come up with!
