Seems like the Chamblees who settled in Leake Co MS came from the Lewis Chamblee line.
Here is the 1850 enumeration of one of the children of Lewis Chamblee.

Jacob Shamblee 35 farmer $960 b. SC, Pickens Co AL
Charity 25 f. b. NC
Eliza A. 7 b. AL (marr Henderson Eatman)
John L. 5 b. AL
Frances 3 female b. AL
Elizabeth 3/12 b. AL
The Frances COULD be Fanny.....it's the only one I can match up.
Sorry, I have not worked out this family, I've left this to the REAL blood relatives. The 1860 census may say something interesting on this Jacob.
This Jacob married Charity Cockrell and Sarah Morrow.
However, the "Viney" you are looking for does not show up, though these records probably are incomplete.
I would urge you to get the death certificate since the ancestry in question died 1925, death certificates were in operation then.
