Riley Fletcher Chamblee (b. 1832) is the seventh child of Robert Chamblee and Lucy Sandlin. Riley Fletcher had a son, James Monroe Chamblee (b. 10/9/1854 in Itawamba Co. MS) and a grandson, Roy Douglas Chamblee (b. 1/21/1898 in Kemp, TX). Roy Douglas came to Palacios, TX, which is where I married into the clan. We have a good bit of information on this branch of the family and I am excited to learn more from Blount Co., AL.

I would like to know more about the Book on Chamblees in Blount County. Thanks again.
