They had 9 children who were raised in Blount Co., Al Isham left will 15 Nov 1852 naming widow Elizabeth and children. Robert Chamblee, bro of Isham,b. 1793 NC, married Lucy Taletha Sandlin in 1822. They had 10 children. Robert's heirs were named in Blount Co. Probate Minutes 12 July 1849. My wife is a desc of Robert's eldest child James H. Chamblee,b.Jan 30, 1823 and his wife Mrs. Hannah L. Chamblee. James & Hannah had 11 children and their youngest was Eliza T. Chamblee,b. Nov. 3, 1866 and she married Isham Jasper Arnold.
