This is Virgil Lester Chamberlin, b. 28 Apr 1874 [not 1904 as you stated], Ogden, Webster Co., UT, 1 of 3 known children of James C. Chamberlin and Cordelia Lake of OH, IA, MN, UT, and WA. James is probably the son of James Chamberlin, b. about Feb. 2, 1816 (where?), d. 30 Mar 1866 (where?), of OH, MN, perhaps elsewhere, according to records of grandson James Berthel Chamberlin (Virgil's brother) of IA?, MN, WY, UT, MT, & WA.
