chamberlins of Weymouth, MA -- 1800s?

I am trying to track down information on a Mrs. Elizabeth B. Chamberlin. She was a graduate of the New England Female Medical College in 1855 (in Boston), and the school's records list her as from Weymouth, Mass. It seems by 1855 she was a widow, and I don't have her husband's address. Any ideas?
