Lydia Chamberlin of NJ

I'm looking for information on a Lydia Chamberlin who might have married John Silver (or Silvers) in Middlesex Co., New Jersey, in 1780. She was born about 1758. John and Lydia ended up in Hamilton Co., Ohio. Lydia's maiden name might have actually been Mount, but, if so, there still seems to have been a close connection between the Mounts and the Chamberlins (e.g., marriages between Mary Mount and Lewis Chamberlin, Matthias M. & Margaret C., Rachel M. & Enoch C., Rebecca M. & John C., and Thomas M. & Rebecca C.). Another possibility is that John Silver's first wife was Isabelle Chamberlin and her maiden name became confused with that of his second wife (Lydia Mount). Any help would be appreciated!
