The IGI (Mormon online site which you can research for yourself) lists marriage of Sarah Chamberlin, 27 Sep 1848, Warren Co., OH, to Fletcher Emley. She is one of 7 children of James Chamberlin, b. c1798 NJ, d. 7 Nov 1866, prob. Franklin Twp., Warren Co., OH, and his wife Mary Ann Cox, b. 1807 NJ, d. before June 17, 1889 (when her Will was probated), Franklin Twp., Warren Co., OH; they were married there 11 Apr 1822. Mary was the daughter of John Cox (Oct. 25, 1777 - Dec.6, 1849). This family is listed in the 1830, 1840 & 1850 Census there, with several other Chamberlin's listed nearby in the 1850 Census who might be related. Sarah's brother, John Chamberlin, b. 23 Sep 1823, Franklin Twp., Warren Co., OH, m. Meribah R. Emley, 12 May 1846 per IGI record, which lists their 7 children.
