Hezekiah Chamberlin is listed in the 1850 Census, Lemon Twp. #453, Butler Co., OH. I also note from my 1850 Census listing that Cornelius Chamberlin is living next door - suggest you obtain data on him from the census microfilm and on anyone else living nearby - might give you some other good leads. The other tidbit I've located on this family is that Joseph & Mary Chamberlin are listed in the 1880 Census in Spring Hill, Johnson Co., KS. Joseph, age 45, was born in NJ (parents also), his wife in OH. He has a son Hezzy, age 15, b. in OH, and other children born in KS after 1870. Obviously related to your Hezekiah Chamberlin. Source: Chamberlain Chain, Vol. 5, p. 12.
There is a Hezekiah Chamberlin in the 1830 Census, Deerfield, Oneida Co., NY, #240. You may wish to check that out to see whether he is related, or not.
I searched several Chamberlain databases here, including persons listed in World Family Tree CDROMs 1-22, but found nothing more on Hezekiah or Cornelius.
As you are probably aware, there were many NJ Chamberlain descendants of the original New England Chamberlain immigrants, Henry & William. Hezekiah is most likely a descendant in one of these lines, I would suppose.
