Abigail Chamberlin, b. 17 Sep 1831 in NY, d. 2 Jul 1888, m. 5 Dec 1850, Howland Twp., Trumbull Co., OH, to Sylvanus King, b. 16 Mar 1822, 12 Aug 1898; 4 children listed in my database: Ralph b. 14 Jul 1848, Bliss, William & Jenny. Abigail & Sylvanus are buried in the King-Kennedy Cemetery in Howland Twp. Abigail is one of 5 children of Joseph & Mary (Lippincott) Chamberlin. Joseph, b. 11 Apr 1798, Hunterdon Co., NJ, d. 4 Sep 1832, prob. Richmond Center, Ontario Co., NY, m. 1821 in Hunterdon Co., NJ to Mary Lippincott, b. 15 Jan 1803, NJ, d. 21 Mar 1863, Trumbull Co., OH. Lineage: Abigail(8), Joseph(7), William(6), Joseph(5), John(4), Henry(3), John(2), Henry(1) Chamberlin of Hingham & Hull, MA. Data on this family from s very fine book: History of the Descendants of Henry and Jane Chamberlin..., 1992, compiled by Georgia Chamberlin of Wooster, OH, of which I have a copy.
