Chamberlain Information

Many of the responses I've posted on GenForum have cited my general sources for Chamberlain/lin genealogical information. For a good overview of Chamberlain organizations & sources, see my Chamberlain GenForum posting dated 11/22/99, entitled "Chamberlain Organizations..." Yes, I'm descended from a Chamberlain family, from two of the five original New England Chamberlain immigrants, Henry & Richard - my lineage is published in Chamberlain Chain, Vol. 24, 1996. Regarding your family information with no dates, that is not unusual, and makes research difficult, of course, but not impossible. I spent some time just now reviewing your other Chamberlin GenForum posting dated 9 Dec 1999, and see that it ties with World Family Tree CDROM14-963 lineage quite closely, which states that your John Chamberlain was born in Johnstown, PA 1871. Since you evidently now have his exact birth, marriage and death dates & places, it should be possible to obtain more information about him and his family. I did check my usual research sources here, but did not identify him, as yet.
