I found the following entry under the heading Admissions to church Rochester,NH in a pre copy written book and thought I'd share the following :
1741 7 Jan Gersham Downs and his wife Margaret and Mary Chamberlain were admitted into full communion with this chh.
1741/2 12 Feb William Chamberlain made a satisfaction to this chh for what was offensive to them hereto fore in his behavior and was by a vote of ye chh admitted to ocassional communion with this chh
1741 30 Oct John Trickey and Rebecca, his wife were admitted into full communion with this chh
1744 11 May Mary Chamberlain came before ye chh and made satisfaction for her withdrawing from ye communication thereof for sometime past and was restored to ye communion by a vote of ye chh
1745 May LT William Chamberlain desired forgiveness of ye chh in a church meeting for all offenses Past yt.He had given ym and ye chh, by great majority voted him forgiveness upon the satisfaction he gave ym and ye.He should have libety of sitting down at ye Lords table with ym as occasional communicant.
1823 10 Aug Abigail wife of Samuel Chamberlain,baptized by Mr Haven.
1823 12 Aug Moses,Mary,Enoch,Lydia and Sarah children of Abigail and Samuel Chamberlain
N.B. The above mentioned children were baptized at request and in name of their mother,who was upon her dying bed,upon their first giving their assent to the confession of the faith and expressing their williness that the baptism be performed.
