Where did this information come from - what source and geographical location - are they gravestone inscriptions, or what?It would be most helpful if you would provide more identifying information. In any case, I've tried hard to identify the persons you have listed, as discussed below.
The dates you have listed for Elizabeth Chamberlin (1800-1875); Henry W. Chamberlin (1821-1909); Elizabeth L. (1824-1901); Elizabeth B. Chamberlain Lamb (1854-1922), match the information in my Chamberlain research databases, as follows: Elizabeth "Eliza" Underwood, b. c1799, MA, was married to Martin(7) Chamberlin, Jr., c1820, Pittsfield, Berkshire Co., MA, with 8 children listed for them, of whom the eldest was Henry Wells(8) Chamberlin, b. c1821, prob. Pittsfield, MA, d. after 1880, perhaps East Orange, Essex Co., NJ, who m. c1851, S. Elizabeth Losee(?), b. c1823, Mendham, Morris Co., NJ, d. after 1880, perhaps East Orange, NJ, with 3 children listed for them, including Elizabeth B., b. c1854, NY, who married Hugh Lamb (with 4 little Lambs, cute no doubt, listed for them in 1880), who was a NYC architect and married Elizabeth as his second wife - they lived in NYC and also in Orange, NJ - listed next door to Henry W. Chamberlin in East Orange, NJ in the 1880 Census.Elizabeth(9) Chamberlin is identified as LN3685, and her father Henry Wells(8) Chamberlin as LN4137, in the lineages of the genealogist, David C. Chamberlin, Sr.The ancestral line of descent is: Martin(7,6), Joseph(5), John(4), Joseph(3), William(2), Henry(1) Chamberlin. I have confirming Census data for this family, as well.
The dates you have listed for Henry L. Chamberlain (1848-1925); Mary S. (1862-1939) and Elizabeth (1892-1946), match extremely well with the following in my Chamberlain research database: Henry Lewis(8) Chamberlain, b. Nov. 1849, Petersburg, Morris Co., NJ, d. after 1920, prob. East Orange, Essex Co., NJ, whose second wife, m. c1892, was Mary (-?-), b. Jan. 1862, NJ, d. after 1920.Henry's first wife was Mary Smith, b. c1849, prob. Morris Co., NJ, m. c1881, with two daughters, Emma Louise, b. Feb 1882, NJ, and Sarah "Elizabeth", b. March 1891, NJ.I have 1880, 1900 & 1920 Census data to confirm this information.Henry Lewis(8) is identified as LN10067 in DCC's lineages.Henry's ancestral line of descent is: Lewis(7), Abraham(6), Benjamin(5,4), Edmund(3,2), William(1).
Thus, the two families are completed unrelated to each other, assuming I have identified them correctly. Please contact me via Email if you have additional information to share, or if you wish more details about these lineages, ancestral genealogies, and so forth.
