Hi,
May I try to help you ? In my database of Chagnon, I have a marriage of Mary d.o. Bruno Chagnon and Cesarie Berger in VT, sept 4 1897.The husband is Alfred Massé s.o. Antoine Massé et marguerite Hébert.
I have no parents for this Bruno.
May be these two Bruno are the same.
In VT specialy, the french names are often alterated : Burger could be Bourgeois and Selina could be Céline in french. Selina and Sesarie ??
I am pretty sure that Brunos's marriage was held in VT, because I should have it if it were in Québec.
We find some problems solving Chagnon's marriages in VT.
