Hi Debbie. I have lots of info on Chagnon's in Holyoke. But, unfortunately, I have very little on Emery. The Holyoke directories show an Emery Chagnon living at 672 East St. in 1888, 1889 and 1890. His occupation shows as a bricklayer. He does not appear in the 1892 directory, but a Malvina Chagnon (no address shown)is listed in 1892. She is not listed in the previous years. Could be that Emery died and the listing switched to Melvina. Interesting stuff.
