Francois Chagnon dit Larose, Carignan Soldier

My direct ancestor Francois Chagnon dit LaRose, was among the fgroup of soldiers known as Carignan's Regiment. These soldiers were sent to New France by the king to protect the colonists from Iroquois attacks.
They were sent over in 1665 on several ships. I've found lists of these ships online but haven't found any lists of which soldiers came on which ships. Does anyone know what ship Francois came on?

Thanks in advance to anyone who has information on this matter.
