Now there is NO doubts wathsoever, as that Joseph is INDEED
the one that I was looking for; as he was the son of
Pierre Blanchard and Heloise Legere of Maisonnette, NB!
One of Joseph's sister, Julienne, was my grand-mother! I've
been told that Julienne never knew her older brother, as
he left home when Julienne was very young.
Now, if I only could find the descendants of Joseph
Blanchard and Marie Chagnon, I'd like to exchange copies
of old pictures and informations with them, as I have a
pretty good idea of where was the house of Pierre and
Heloise in Maisonnette, and I even have a picture of
Heloise Legere.(she died 22 Avril 1920)
And of course, I am french-speaking, AND living in the
village of Maisonnette!
