You should get ahold of The Chaffee Genealogy by William Chaffee and get the lowdown on Thomas Chaffee. There have been many Thomas Chaffees but the one we most usually speak of when we refer to Thomas Chaffe is Thomas the immigrant who was given land in Hingham, Mass., in 1635. If you have the name of the ship he arrived on I also would like to have it since I know of no researcher on this line that has that data.
