The Chaffee Genealogy has a limited amount of information on Lois. She was born in Ashford, Conn., September 24, 1798, and died September 9, 1872. She married, November 29, 1820, Philip, son of Lemuel Corbin. He was a prominent farmer and business man, born in Union, Conn., April 4, 1797, and died in West Hartford, Conn., July 24, 1881. They lived in Willington, Conn., and in 1833 moved to West Hartford. She was buried in New Britian, Conn.
That is the extent of the data.
As you stated they had ten children and Hezekiah is shown as the first born but no dates are given. The third child, Philip Corbin Jr. was born Oct 26, 1824 and some information is given for him. He was a manufacturer of hardware, with factories and general offices in New Britain, Conn., and was elected a Connecticut State Senator.
