I'm seeking ancestry of James Chaffey, reportedly born Somerset in 1747, trained as a goldsmith in London emigrated to America about 1767. One of 21 children? One brother a brewer also emigrated, but returned to England. Settled Indian Island, NB Canada where he died 1797.
