I found the following concerning a Mahala Chambers-Chaffee and a Henry Chaffee, her husband, who it appears had a daughter named Martha Chaffee-Dickerson. The information comes from the Alexander Nichols Cemetery, Milo, NY. Alexander Nichols married a Mary Chambers:
