I just read your interest in some Chadwicks in Lancashire Co., England. My family includes several of the same first names you listed, however their birthdates are different. I wonder if we are related and the families used some of the same first names honoring aunts and uncles by using those names. I do not have geneaology software, but here is a history of the family. My great-great-great grandfather was Constable of Staylbridge from 1862 to 1899, William Chadwick. His son, also William Chadwick, was with Linotype Works, Broadheath. His son Watkin Chadwick was a consultant engineer is S. London. My grandfather(Watkin's son), Lees Woodhead Chadwick, was born in London, but lived in the Manchester area when he married my grandmother, Rose Coffin Chadwick, around the early 1900's.. Their firstborn was Dora Chadwick born in 1906 in Manchester. Then they emigrated to the United States where my mother was born in 1910 in Newark, New Jersey.. They moved to Detroit a year or so later where my uncles, Robert William Chadwick (1916) and Alfred Charles Chadwick(1918) were born. Lees worked at Ford Motor Co. for old (original) Henry Ford.

My grandfather's siblings included:Edith, Sarah, William, Agnes, Nellie and Robert. Hope some of this helps. Happy hunting!
