SAM CHADWICK b 1883 UK emigrated to Canada

I am trying to find more info on Sam Chadwick born 29 May 1883 in Leeds, England and emigrated to Canada around 1900. He joined the Canadian regiment in WW1 , attestion papers dated 19 July 1915 Calagry. I would like to know if he ever married and had children. He was a plumber before he emigrated so may have returned to that profession. Can anyone help?
