Hello Robert,
I'm also researching information on a Charles Edward Chadwick, born 1874. My grandfather was born in Hulme Chorlton in the County of Lancaster, his father was John Henry Chadwick married to Sarah Ann Wainwright. Charles Edward was a Grenadier Guard in the late 1800's. He married Esther Ann Howard in Manchester 1902, they had three children, then sailed to Western Australia in 1921.
Have you come across anything about this Charles Edward in your search?
